KOR M: Hyundai Capital Skywalkers claim victory after five-sets in the first semifinal match

Cheonan Hyundai Capital Skywalkers emerged victorious in the first semifinal match of the Korean V-League, winning 3-2 (27-25, 24-26, 25-23, 23-25, 15-13) against Suwon KEPCO Vixtorm.

Oreol Camejo was the top scorer of the match, earning 23 points with a 48% attack rate, while Sung-Min Moon contributed 18 points with an impressive 70% attack rate for Hyundai. Sung-Jin Lim was the most efficient player on the opposing team with 22 points and a 55% attack rate, followed by Jae-Duck Seo who contributed 19 points with a 57% attack rate. However, Thijs ter Horst struggled with his attack and only managed to add 17 points with a 37% attack rate. The semifinals follow a best-of-three format, with the second match scheduled for March 26.

Playoff: The first goes directly to the final (best-of-five format); the second will advance in the semifinal (best-of-three format); the third goes to the semifinals if the difference between the fourth placed team is greater than 3 points, otherwise the third and fourth placed teams will face each other in a one match to decide the second semifinalist.
