In the quarterfinal matches, Mexico outplayed Chile after five sets while Cuba finished the match against Colombia in three sets. Uxue Guereca scored 29 points for Mexico while Maike Bertens led Chile with 27 points. Ailama Cese scored 17 points for Cuban team and was the top scorer of the match.
