Qatar SC presented two new players for the 2020/21 season in which they have ambitions to win the national title again after 15 years. A duo of imports has signed contracts with the Doha club. These are internationals from Bulgaria and Australia: Branimir Grozdanov and Arash Dosanjh, respectively.

A 26-year-old outside hitter Grozdanov strengthened Qatar SC from Italy’s Argos Volley. The 24-year-old setter Dosanjh was a member of Poland’s Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie last season.
