Unicaja ALMERIA regained homecourt advantage in the final of the Men's Super League after winning a big game against CAI Teruel with 1:3 (25:22, 20:25, 15:25 and 15:25). After the thrilling first match of the finals, CAI Teruel and Unicaja ALMERIA returned to new match, in which the two best teams of the season showed their weapons. CAI Teruel remained ahead on the scoreboard in the first set, with comfortable advantages of up to 5 points. Unicaja ALMERIA made some changes in the game but could not disturb the local game, or close the gap. Teruel took the first set 25:22.

Unicaja ALMERIA seemed to have found a way to bend the Teruel’s game. Freddy Cedeño led his team, with points of Andres Villena ALMERIA even the match.

The ALMERIA regained his best game and CAI Teruel were unable to overcome the Andalusian block. After the first technical time-out Unicaja ALMERIA lead grew exponentially and the difference between the two teams at the end of the set was 15:25.

The third game of the final will be held on Friday at 20:30 in Hall Moises Ruiz de Almeria, while the fourth meeting will be held on Saturday at 19 pm.
