The hosts, Venezuela, Chile and Paraguay will feature in the three day tournament in the fight for the last of the three South America vacancies for next year’s World Championship.
Brazil and Argentina are already qualified after finishing first and second at last month’s South American Championship.
On Friday, Venezuela and Chile opened the competition before Colombia have played against Paraguay.
