In the past half of the season, Ivanov was a member of Slavia Sofia. CSKA has decided to sign a new libero because Velizar Kosev got injured.
At the beginning of the season, the first libero Anton Vasilev has left the club and continued career in Finland.
At this moment, CSKA is at the fifth place of the Bulgarian elite league.
