Matin Varamin
Chinese Taipei gave a tough ride to Matin Varamin who had to work overtime to earn their trip to semifinals. Their opponents in battle for Finals, Beijing, Started slow versus Al-Zahra Al-Mina, but then Wijsmans and Winters turned the tides over and won the game after four sets.
Al-Rayyan is led by Savani and Cala and they are looking really strong. Home crowd favourites PLDT HOME got smashed in a swift fashion after only three sets. Kondensat, Kazakhstanian pride, also had an easy task of winning versus Gas Al-Janoob and now are aiming to finals.
