Tomis – Roeselare
At home court, Romanian team overpowered Belgian Knack Roeselare by 3-1 (22-25, 25-14, 25-23, 25-20).
After losing first set, Tomis players pulled themselves together and crushed the opponent in the match that lasted almost two hours.
Tomis was led by the unstoppable Bulgarian-Italian opposite Ventzislav Simeonov with 19 points, followed by Bojan Janić (15) and Stanislav Petkov (13).
Hendrik Tuerlinckx was the most efficient in Roeselare with 16 pts. Pieter Coolman added 11.
