Kosheleva in attack
The three thousand fans supported their own with great enthusiasm and inspired them to hammer out a straight-set victory by 3:0 (25-14, 25-19, 25-17), followed by a 15-13 golden set win, propelling the Russian team into the Challenge Round, despite the 0:3 first-leg loss in Azerbaijan.
Tatyana Kosheleva was MVP with 20 points in the winning team while Aneta Havlickova was alone in Lokomotiv with 21 points.
In a high-level game played in Agde, Beziers Volley shut out Logroño by 3:0. Victorious in three sets also in the first leg, the Biterroises convincingly qualified for the Challenge Round.
