The first set of the clash in Tampere (Finland) was good indicator of what will happen until the end of the game. An amazing eight set points were reached and then saved before Ojansivu finally converted one for Finland for 31-29.
Led by the attacks of Deroo (22 points in total), Belgium prevailed the opponent in the tie-break by 15-11.
Sivula collected up 21 for the Finns who picked up 2 points from these two matches. Belgium secured four.
The two teams will meet again next weekend in Kortrijk, Belgium.
