Ajcharaporn Kongyot and Onuma Sittirak led Thailand with 19 and 18 points, respectively, while Mina Popović and Tijana Malešević had 17 points apiece for Serbia.
Thailand coach Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai: “I want to thank my players and my staff, and I also want to thank all the fans who came to support us. The Serbian team played very well and it was a hard job for us. We learned a lot of things from Serbia today. We will try to focus on the next match and I wish Serbia good luck in their next match.”
Serbia coach Branko Kovačević: “We need to repeat what is good in this match for our match tomorrow. We need to forget about this loss and look forward to the next match.”
