Martín Ramos led the Argentine attack with 17 points. Andrés Piza was the only Colombian with double figures in the scoring chart with 12.
United States recovered from losing the first match to Puerto Rico and first set against Mexico in Round 2 of Pool A – 3-1 (20-25, 27-25, 25-16, 25-17). Mexico is winless in two outings.
Zachary La Cavera had 17 points as the best scorer for USA. Daniel Vargas stood out among Mexican players with 14.
