Experienced middle blocker returns to Spain! Manuel Parres signed a contract with the reigning champion of his home country – Unicaja Almeria.
Two years ago Parres decided to try himself abroad, so he spent 2013/14 season in Belgium, playing for Asse-Lennik, while last season he was in Portugal where he defended colors of A.J.F. Bastardo.
Interesting enough, before leaving Spain, Parres was a player of CAI Teruel, the biggest rival of Unicaja Almeria.
