With this win against third-placed Jumbos, Vixtorm kept their playoff chances alive (they are currently fifth), but also did a favor to fourth-placed Samsung Bluefangs who now have a chance to level with Jumbos on the table.
The best scorer of the game comes from the losing team, but 27 points of the Russian giant Pavel Moroz were enough for his team to win opening set only.
On the other side, the Czech Jan Štokr led Vixtorm to turnaround with 26 points.
