“Avital has always emphasised that he was to take responsibility for the team’s result in the 2016 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League. After several meetings and an extensive analysis, we concluded that the team needs a new impulse. Therefore, we mutually agreed that a termination of the contract is the logical conclusion,” Volero ZÜRICH President Stav Jacobi.
Now it’s time to find the new coach:
“Several top coaches have already expressed their interest. Nevertheless, we would like to take our time to finalise our decision.”
