During Round 2 match of the FIVB World Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Tokyo between Poland and France, Polish libero Paweł Zatorski was the closest player to set a ball, but Grzegorz Łomacz, naturally, chased after it.
Łomacz made a huge mistake by not warning his teammate he was coming and boom – a collision on the court occured and a point to France.
