The party was organized in a Tokyo hotel with the presence of Japan NT players and staff and about 1,000 fans.
Japanese players were signing autographs and giving gifts to the fans. Japan NT captain Saori Kimura and head coach Masayoshi Manabe held speeches to ensure the fans they will do their best in Rio.
Japan will play their opening game in the Olympics against South Korea, on August 6.
