Bulgaria was just a little better than the hosts in the opening set but asserted their rule in the final rush (25-20).
Agnes Pallag and Rita Liliom fired up Hungary’s offense in the second set and the home side went to the front halfway through with a margin that stood by nine points. Still Bulgaria fought back with a series of blocks, leveled the score and could go for the final 25-19.
Set 3 was pretty close as well but Dobriana Rabadzhieva could finish it at 25-20 for Bulgaria for a perfect 3:0 that backs up the qualification for the final round of the 2013 European Champs.
