According to the Dutch media, he has decided to resign from position of the head coach. Even though he extended the contract during the last summer, Vakifbank’s coach made decision not to lead this national team anymore.
The reason of resignation lays in the fact that Guidetti wants to spend more time with his wife and daughter.
He has confirmed that it was the hardest decision so far in his life. Lonneke Sloetjes and Anne Buijs are very disappointed after being informed about his decision.
Guidetti took over the Dutch national team in 2015, winning silver at the European Championship 2015 and bronze at World Grand Prix 2016. At the Olympic Games, he led the team to the fourth place.

How do you know he will be coach of Turkey? He didn’t say nothing about that
