The match between Omaran Shardari Sari and Shahrdari Urmia was finished after two sets due to quarrel in the stands.

At the three-minute pause, one of the fans was cheering for his favorite player Alireza Alizadeh, who is a member of the away team, using some bad words. Noticing that, a few local fans that were close to this fan went to conflict.

In that moment, libero Alireza Alizadeh went to the stands to defend this fan, trying to defend him. His teammates also joined him and because of this situation the third set didn’t star. Afterwards, Urmia didn’t want to play and the game was interrupted.

It’s all now up to League organization and disciplinary committee. Here is the video below of the conflict.

This game doesn’t affect Urmia too much as they are in the third place in the standings.
