In front of the packed stands at their „Pabellón Los Planos“ gymnasium, Teruel took revenge on Urbia Voley Palma (ex- Ca’n Ventura Palma) for the last season’s defeat in the national Cup finals.
Teruel downed defending Superliga champions in the finals of the Spanish Super Cup by a 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-22) to win the gold medal No. 6 in the tournament.
The Montenegrin outside hitter Balša Radunović topped Teruel in today’s match with 17 points. The Venezuelan international Thomas Henrique Ereu added 12 points for the winners.
