Al Arabi
Today, Al Arabi defeated Al Shamal 3-1 (25-17, 25-14, 23-25, 25-23). In the history of the Qatar’s volleyball league, Al Arabi won 25 titles and the last one was two years ago. Last season Police won the title while Al Arabi were in the third place. This season they have already won the Qatar’s Cup.
In the second match of the day, Qatar Sports celebrated the first win in the championship. Last time they suffered defeat from Police but today they defeated Al Khor in straight sets 25-17, 25-21, 25-18. In their history they four times were the champions of the Qatar league (last time in 2004/2005).
