A 20-year-old Simon Peeters, who wore the jersey of Haasrode Leuven this season, strengthened the playoff finalists of the 2017/18 Volley League, Maaseik.
Peeters earned the 2017 Rookie of the Year award in Belgian top division while he competed for Topvolley Antwerpen.
