He has two sides of behavior toward the players – he would have jumped into the fire for his players and he can get angry with his player, yelling loudly at them.
“At first, I was in shock as I was surprised by the coach’s reaction. However, with time I got used to those reactions. I know it has a purpose and the coach wants us to perform well and win a game,” says Artur Szalpuk.
“Coach is a very intelligent man who has read many books. He just takes a look at you and he can figure out if you are listening to him or not. You have to be honest with him. If you are not honest, he will tell you what you that you didn’t put a finger in the middle of a conversation, which means that you are not telling the truth,” explains Szalpuk.
