So the last round will decide which team will have the home advantage during the whole playoffs. Resovia will host Czarni Radom, while Belchatow will play at home against Effector Kielce.

Saturday:

Olsztyn – Jastrzebski 0-3 (14-25, 13-25, 17-25)

Bielsko-Biala – Resovia 0-3 (22-25, 18-25, 21-25)

Sunday:

Czarni Radom – Zaksa

Effector Kielce – Warszawska
