Makowski didn’t call up Dolata, who said that she needs to rest after the failure in World Championships qualifiers.
“I don’t want to talk about this. I think, we need to build a new team. This is a big step back because we will not play at such a big competition as the World Championship is. I think that I need a break from national team because I’m tired of everything.” said Katarzyna Skowronska Dolata in January.
So, Makowski wants to build a new team and he called up a few young players… He didn’t call up Glinka, Werblinska, Zenik, Dziękiewicz, Mroczkowska, Gajgał-Anioł as well. Poland will play in European league this year against Germany, Greece and Spain in Pool B.

Receivers: Magdalena Damaske, Klaudia Kaczorowska, Natalia Kurnikowska, Daria Paszek, Elżbieta Skowrońska, Julia Twardowska, Aleksandra Wójcik.
Liberos: Agata Durajczyk, Anna Korabiec, Dorota Medyńska.
