POL M: Gdańsk and Olsztyn Edge Out Rivals in Five-Set Thrillers, Warsaw Sweeps Gorzów in Style

The latest matches of PlusLiga brought plenty of excitement, with Energa Trefl Gdańsk and Indykpol AZS Olsztyn both winning dramatic five-set matches, while PGE Projekt Warszawa cruised to a clean 3–0 victory.

In Gdańsk, Trefl delivered a stunning performance to beat league leaders Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie 3–2. After a fierce contest, the hosts dominated the deciding set 15–9. Aliaksei Nasevich was the star of the night, scoring 30 points with 62% efficiency and earning the MVP award.

Olsztyn also thrilled their fans with a huge comeback against ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Losing the first two sets didn’t stop them, Indykpol AZS turned the game around to win 3–2. Moritz Karlitzek and Jan Hadrava led the charge, while MVP Paweł Cieślik impressed with six blocks and 78% attack efficiency.

In Gorzów, PGE Projekt Warszawa showed their class with a solid 3–0 win over Cuprum Stilon. Jakub Kochanowski earned MVP honors.
