POL W: Straight-Set Wins for DevelopRes and Chemik

DevelopRes Rzeszów continued their strong form in the Tauron Liga, defeating Metalkas Pałac Bydgoszcz 3–0 in Round 20 to record their 19th victory of the season and remain clear leaders of the standings.

The home team dominated the opening two sets, winning both 25:12. The third set was more competitive, but Rzeszów secured the match with a 25:21 win.

Taylor Bannister led all scorers with 19 points and earned MVP honors with 57% attack efficiency (17/30), adding one ace and one block. Julita Piasecka scored 11 points and Laura Jansen added nine, while Pola Nowakowska finished with eight for Pałac.

In another Round 20 match, Lotto Chemik Police defeated ŁKS Commercecon Łódź 3–0, reducing the gap to their rivals in the standings to three points.

Chemik proved stronger in attack and especially at the net, recording a 15–6 advantage in blocks, including eight points from blocks in the third set.

Weronika Gierszewska and Natalia Mędrzyk each scored 18 points for Chemik, with Gierszewska named MVP after posting 63% efficiency in attack (17/27) and one ace. Anna Obiała led ŁKS with 10 points.
