ITA TOOLS Stal Mielec upset league leaders DevelopRes Rzeszów 3–1, handing the Polish champions only their second defeat of the Tauron Liga season.
Despite already securing first place in the regular season, DevelopRes struggled against a determined home side. Stal took the opening set 25–17 before Rzeszów responded to level the match with a 25–19 win. The hosts regained control in a tight third set, winning 25–22, and sealed the victory with a 25–18 result in the fourth.
Aleksandra Kazała led Mielec with 19 points and was named MVP. The win lifted Stal Mielec to sixth place in the final regular-season standings.
