POL M: Lublin and Zawiercie Into PlusLiga Final

Bogdanka LUK Lublin and Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie secured their spots in the PlusLiga final after finishing their semifinal series in two matches.

Zawiercie defeated Asseco Resovia Rzeszów 3-0, led by Bartłomiej Bołądź and Aaron Russell with 12 points each. Bołądź was named MVP.

Lublin advanced with a 3-1 victory over PGE Projekt Warszawa. Wilfredo Leon starred with 18 points, including six aces, to claim MVP honors.

The final will be a rematch of last season’s title series, which Lublin won.
