Resovia
The leaders in regular season in Plus League and vice champions needed a tie-break to beat the outsiders and now it leads by 1-0 in playoff series – 3-2 (23-25, 26-24, 25-23, 20-25, 15-11).
Tough battle was seen in almost every set and in support of this there’s final result of first three which had to be played on the difference in points.
The second match will be played on Saturday in Resovia’s Podpromie hall, but the Polish runner-up is now only two steps away from semifinals.
