Tichacek
The Czech setter Lukas Tichacek and German opposite Jochen Schops were two key players of Friedrichshafen back in 2007, when this team won the Champions league title.
“It has been eight years now and it is quite a long time indeed. However, I only have good memories from that adventure. Once we travelled back home many fans were waiting for us at the ZF Arena in Friedrichshafen to celebrate that triumph. This is the moment I still cherish the most,” Tichacek says.
Your rival in semifinal match will be Skra?
“I expect a very tough game,” Tichacek says. “They are having a difficult time in the PlusLiga right now where they have lost two matches in the semifinal series with Lotos Trefl GDANSK. They are not in a good mood and this may affect their game. They did not look that good in the last match they played and so this is a chance that we have to seize,” he added.
