KS Pałac Bydgoszcz were the newest victim of Lorenzo Micelli’s wards 3-1 (19-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-11).
Pałac established dominance in Set 1 (8-4) and kept the lead thanks to consistent game (12-4) until final 25-19.
Trefl did the same in Set 2 (5-1, 8-3, 19-13, 25-22) and kept momentum until the end showing the strongest play in Set 4 when they always had initiative on their side.
Katarzyna Zaroślińska topped Trefl’s scorers with 18 points while Ewelina Krzywicka had 10 in losing team.
Third-placed Tauron MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza were confident against PTPS Piła with 18 from Croatian Sanja Popović while in a derby of a frontend, KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski (14 from Sandra Szczygioł) beat Legionovia Legionowo.
