Chemik Police kept the perfect score in the Regular Season after beating Dabrowa Gornicza on the road. Malwina Smarzek was the top scorer in the winning side with 14 points, while head coach Jakub Gluszak decided to leave Anna Werblinska and Madelaynne Montano on the bench in this match.
The reigning champions are therefore still holding the top of the table with 10 wins out of 10 rounds and with 28 points!
But, they are being chased by Budowlani Lodz, who is just behind with 27 points and with 9 wins out of 10 games in this season! This team scored a convincing win over Muszyna this evening and made a perfect preparation for what is about to happen next weekend.
On Sunday, December 11, Chemik Police and Budowlani Lodz will face each other in the big derby for the top spot on the standings of OrlenLiga.
