For the second time in a row, Zaksawill play in the finals of the Polish Cup.

It was a stunning game between two teams that have good scores in Plusliga. This time, Zaksa were better after four sets, but we must say that Lebedew’s side had an opportunity to take the third set and to take the lead. It didn’t happen, as Zaksa somehow managed to down the rival in extended third set 27-25.

At the same time, it was a moral boost for Polish champions who played in the fourth on much higher level to earn the spot in the final. Who will be the rival of Zaksa in the final race for trophy, we will find out after today’s game between PGE Skra Belchatow and Lotos Trefl Gdansk.

Recently promoted new coach of Poland Ferdinando de Giorgi has finally gotten the best from Kevin Tillie, who was the top scorer of the team with 16 team, while on the other side three players had good displays: Muzaj 21, Derocco 20 and Hidalgo 19.
