At the beginning of the match, players of Czestochowa were not able to keep pace with the Polish champions. Over time, the host’s advantage became increasingly larger.
Hosts easily won the first two sets. In the third set, guests got more focused, and answered with the full throttle. After a great fight, AZS Częstochowa evened the score – 2:2, which led the game into the tie-break finish. The result was rather tight, but Częstochowa managed to prevail and claim the match. Grzegorz Bociek scored 35 points.
