In Round 11 of PlusLiga, Trefl pulled themselves out of difficult situation against Cuprum to get an 8-3 record. They were two sets down, losing the 1st set by a 40-38 (!), before making an amazing comeback to win the match. Damian Schulz scored 36 points for Trefl while Łukasz Kaczmarek noted 30 for Cuprum, whose players served 10 aces.
Poor season of Jastrzębski Węgiel goes on. The PlusLiga bronze medalists lost their 5th match and now have a 5-5 record. This time, ONICO Warszawa stood on the way of the players coached by an Australian Mark Lebedew, 3-0. Bartosz Kwolek pushed Warszawa to the win with 19 points. The Cuban Salvador Hidalgo Oliva scored 14 points for Jastrzębski.
