Spiridonov
Spiridonov spoke for Russian media about his animosity towards some volleyball workers from Brazil:
“It is always a great joy to beat Brazil. It is just a pity they won the Grand Champions Cup and we beat them. But, it is the system of competition, let them be happy. Don’t get me wrong, it is not that I don’t like all the Brazilians. For example Vissotto is a great guy, Rafael too… But there are guys which I just don’t like… Including their coach and the main crew” – stated Spiridonov.
