RUS M: Maurício Borges wins court case against Fakel!

We received the news from managerial agency “LZSport Pro” that it has won the court case against Fakel in front of an International Volleyball Federation.

It means that the Russian team will have to pay a certain amount of money to Maurício due to the termination of a signed contract. According to our other source, it is a sum of several hundred thousand euros.

Recall, Maurício has signed a valid deal with Fakel in a summer transfer window of 2014 which was canceled by the Russian team in September.

The court case lasted for about six months and Fakel will have to pay off Brazilian within a month, until July 30.
