Zenit Kazan
Zenit’s first match in elite division was in October 4 2003 against Dinamo Moscow. They lost that match 3-2. That season they won the bronze medal.
After 13 years Zenit is one of the most successful clubs in the country together with Belogorie Belgorod. Bothe teams became champions for 8 times.
Interesting, in 400 matches Zenit Kazan won 305 and 152 ended with 3-0, 98 with 3-1, 55 with 3-2. While, they lost 32 matches with 2-3, 33 with 1-3 and 30 with 0-3.
Last season was the most successful, they scored 25 out of 26.
