Ilya-Vlasov
Dinamo Moscow published they signed with Fakel Novy Urengoy middle blocker Ilya Vlasov.
A 22-year-old Vlasov, the seventh best blocker of 2017/18 Superliga with 65 kill blocks, left Fakel after four seasons.
He became the 2017 CEV European Championship winner with Russia national team.
