Arkas started with three blocks and took the lead 3-0. On the first tehnical time out it was 8-4. Halkbank has started to warm up and tied 9-9. Arkas was better in the finish and won the first set 25-23.
It was a very interesting second set that was played point for point. In the end it was 33-35 for Halkbank which managed to tie the match 1:1.
In the third set the guest was better, it started strong 0:4. On the technical time outs it was 3-8, 13-16, Halkbank went on to take the set 20-25 and took the lead 1:2.
Arkas had a great defensive game in the fourth and it was 25-22, 2-2.
Halkbank started an ambitious fifth set and was leading 6-8. The host tied 12-12, but Halkbank ended the set 15-12 and won the match 3:2 and therefore the Turkish Cup!
