Winner of the final will be team with three victories from five matches. Vakifbank ISTANBUL play first match at home and then host of the second and third match will be Eczacibasi Vitra ISTANBUL.

Possible fourth and fifth match will be played on the field Vakifbank ISTANBUL.

17 APRIL – Vakifbank ISTANBUL – Eczacibasi Vitra ISTANBUL

20 APRIL – Eczacibasi Vitra ISTANBUL – Vakifbank ISTANBUL

22 APRIL – Eczacibasi Vitra ISTANBUL – Vakifbank ISTANBUL

25 APRIL – Vakifbank ISTANBUL – Eczacibasi Vitra ISTANBUL

27 APRIL – Vakifbank ISTANBUL – Eczacibasi Vitra ISTANBUL

Vakifbank ISTANBUL and Eczacibasi Vitra ISTANBUL played five times this season, all of this matches won Vakifbank.
