Since the participants are all actively involved in the sport and hence ready to join the exercises prepared by the teacher, the presentation turned into a very enjoyable time.
The attendees received a special gift, a ball produced by Life Kinetik, at the end of a session that was unanimously appreciated as it combined education and fun.
