“I think that as an athlete I shall first of all thank the President of our club and all of our fans for their support” says Cemre Erol. “I think it is a real honor to host the Final Four here in Ankara and also a great opportunity for our club. Our men’s team is composed of excellent players and the team has represented our country very successfully also on the international stage. I am convinced that our friends and colleagues from the men’s team will win the trophy after delivering a superb performance. I can only wish them success and the best of luck. From other competitions I have attended here in Ankara, I can only say that our supporters are really fond of volleyball, so I am looking forward to getting to feel this ambiance once more” she adds.
“I think it is really nice that the Final Four is taking place here in Ankara” stresses Bulgarian-born Desislava Nikolova. “The home advantage will help our team perform their best. I wish all the players will stay injury-free and of course a lot of success. We will be there to support the team from the stands during the Final Four weekend. I believe they have what it takes to beat their opponents and I hope the cup will stay here in Ankara”.
