The Vodafone Sultanlar Ligi, Turkey’s premier women’s volleyball league, witnessed another exciting round of action as the 5th round concluded today.
At the home court, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit demonstrated their prowess, dispatching Kuzeyboru with straight sets of 25-22, 25-18, and 25-20. Their performance was marked by stellar contributions from Hande Baladın and team captain Tijana Boskovic. Canadian spiker Alexa Gray made her mark as the match’s top scorer with a whopping 16 points.
Meanwhile, the spotlight shone on VakıfBank, continuing their undefeated streak in the 2023-2024 Vodafone Sultanlar Ligi season. Competing against Nilüfer Belediyespor, the trophy-laden team secured a 3-1 victory.
