TUR W: VakıfBank and Galatasaray Secure Victories in Vodafone Sultanlar Ligi

In Vodafone Sultanlar Ligi 9th Round, VakıfBank and Galatasaray emerged victorious in their matches.

VakıfBank extended their winning streak to eight consecutive games this season with a 3-1 triumph over Türk Hava Yolları at the VakıfBank Spor Sarayı. The standout players, Kiera Van Ryk and Marina Markova, each tallied 24 points, guiding their team to dominance after dropping the first set. In the second match od the day, Galatasaray Daikin faced Nilüfer Belediyespor and also clinched a 3-1 victory in a hard-fought battle. Despite dropping the third set, Galatasaray sealed the win in a tense fourth set, finishing 26-24.
