Halkbank
The team from Ankara downed defending champions Arkas at home court 3-1 (25-19, 27-25, 25-27, 25-15) even without Kevin Le Roux.
Halkbank’s iron boys had 2-0 lead and were close to finish the match in three sets but rival from Izmir somehow managed to win the third set and to decrease the result. In the fourth set, Arkas felt the power of mighty Halkbank.
Tsvetan Sokolov had amazing display with 18 points, while Michal Kubiak added 13 and Burutay Subasi 10. These three players had a good percentage in attack. The Bulgarian star had 59%, Kubiak 68% and Subasi 63%!
On the other side, Gokhan Gokgoz had 15 points, while Antonin Rouzier finished match with 13.
