In their new duel of the CEV Champions League Vakifbank have started with lead of 2-0 in sets and after amazing attacks of Tijana Boskovic in the third, Eczacibasi came to the fourth one.
Vakifbank once again started very well this period of play and with good tactic came to 16-9, 21-11 and 24-13. They used the third ball for 25-15 and victory of 3-1 (25-21, 25-14, 21-25, 25-15). Once again Giovanni Guidetti defeated his countrymen Massimo Barbolini.
Chinese star Zhu Ting dominated in attack; she was the top scorer of the match with 24 points.
