Galatasaray vs. Vakifbank
No.4 Galatasaray shocked top seed VakifBank in Game 1 of playoff semis 25-19, 25-23, 25-22. ‘Vakif’ players were obviously exhausted due to recent CEV Champions match against Swiss Volero Zürich and they missed Serbian Milena Rašić (injured) a lot but it all does not diminish the victory of Galatasaray.
Now, the team coached by Ataman Güneyligil needs one more win to secure surprising qualification to the finals.
